Discus and support Issue using Ghub and Gamepass Games in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I cant find the .exe file for gears5 which i downloaded from gamepass i need this to be able to add gears5 to my logitech GHub for my mouse.     Issue using Ghub and Gamepass Games


    I cant find the .exe file for gears5 which i downloaded from gamepass i need this to be able to add gears5 to my logitech GHub for my mouse. Can someone help me find .exe or advise me how to add gears5 to ghub?

    Logitech Ghub G604 mouse not working with EA/Steam Starwars battlefront 2. contacted both companies and they've sent me to you.

    Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use the G604 in Starwars Battlefront 2.



    It seems that is a Mouse compatibility issue that causes your problem. Because this game detected your mouse as another type of mouse,

    the game is published in 2017 and the G604 is published in 2019 so in this game may the mouse not be added.

    You can try to change the keyboard in the Ghub use the profile that links to a specific game instead of all games and run the Ghub as administrator.

    Hi Josef, yes it is a Pc running windows 10 I forgot to mention that part, and the only thing I tried on the Pc at the moment was reinstalling ghub

    is this pc or console, did you purchase the game or are you using it through gamepass, is you gamepass sub up to day.

    the error points to having issues validating ownership of the game. are you using the account that purchased the game.

    I bought gold and gamepass, it took money but i did not get either.

    There has been a known glitch that the store on your console will not think you have xbox gold or gamepass, but besides contacting support about this issue you should be to use your gold and gamepass with no issues. Try downloading the games you want from
    gamepass via your gamepass tab on your console and play games online and see if it successful works (confirming you do have xbox live gold).

    I am on PC specifically using Xbox Gamepass and I am in the UAE and yes I have reisntalled the game multiple times, this issue has never occured with any of the other games on Xbox gamepass.
