Issue uploading image of receipt to get $5 code

I have already bought a few Xbox Live gift cards, uploaded the receipts and got the codes for an additional $5.

However my latest attempt to upload my receipt has been met with an issue. It has been getting stuck after I click submit for the past couple days now.

It is getting stuck despite trying a different browser; also my Internet is fine.

Xbox support referred me to the rewards program thread then someone replied saying I should post here.

Who am I to turn to to upload my receipt and get that $5 code now? I am upholding my end of the bargain by buying gift cards; I'd like Microsoft to uphold its end and send me another $5 code please! (This would only be my 4-5th code) I don't think I
am asking them to turn water into wine with this request; just want things to function as I have seen them be able to function

$5 code for receipt offer. Have not received my emails.

Thank you Misses Joust. After using the promo faq form, some email communications, and another uploading of my failed receipt my issue has been completely resolved. With fingers crossed, but not too worried, I'll be uploading another new receipt later tonight.
Hopefully everyone else gets resolved, too.

I'm here also seeking info on a $5 promo code not received. The two common negating issues seem to be that Canadians aren't eligible and the "unique code" given during the process of uploading a receipt picture is not written on the receipt. If you live
in US and you added the unique code to your receipt before you photographed it, we are in the same boat.

Agreed, I can't upload my receipt.

This is getting ridiculous as I have tried FireFox and Google Chrome.

(Dont ask me to try IE as IE has a zero day vulnerability in it and I dont want any viruses.)

The issue seems resolved now; I was at least able to upload the image of my receipt. Hopefully the rest of the process goes as smooth as it did the first few times I did it.
