Issue: unable to purchase Xb360 content through Xbox Marketplace website

I'm having the exact same problem. I live in Canada and I'm trying to buy Street Fighter IV.

Please help

Account, location, console and language all Portuguese (Brazil). Xbox Marketplace site also in Portuguese (Brazil).

By Software I'm assuming browser. I've tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox, both on desktop and Android.

I'm not using any VPN. I've tried with Cloudfare, Google and my ISP DNS.

I was able to make other Xb360 purchases through the website after my original post, except for those two games. I also managed to open those two games on the Xb1 store by doing the following:

1) Searched and found the games on my Xb1 app on Android;

2) Found and shared any photo or video from those games hubs;

3) On my Xb1, found my posts and then clicked on the button "Open in Store".

Only then I managed to open these games on the Xb1 store. Searching by those games on the Xb1 shows no results. Even then, when i try to buy them, I get an error before the order confirmation and it doesn't go through. My only guess is that maybe these games
are misconfigured on the website/store app for my region.

I'm unable to make any Xb360 purchase through the Xbox Marketplace website. After I confirm the credit card payment method, the screen just freezes on the spinning circle and the transaction never gets completed.

It seems this issue doesn't happen with free items as I was able to redeem the free
Games With Gold game and a few free DLCs from Crackdown yesterday. Also, this issue started recently, about 1 week ago, as I was able to buy a few DLCs earlier last week through the website.

My region: Brazil

Both games are backwards compatible and available in my region. I tried different browsers and devices, cleaned cache/cookies, but I got the same issue. I can notice that when I get stuck after the payment method selection, my browser shows that the following
call is returning a 404 error (file not found):

I also tried adding my Paypal account, but it only works for Xb1 purchases. It doesn't show as a payment method on the Xbox Marketplace site. Maybe Paypal isn't supported in Brazil for Xb360 purchases.

I was able to make a few Xb360 purchases through my Xb1 but for some reason the two games above are not showing up for me on my Xb1 store. So the Marketplace website seems to be my only choice to buy them.

I could notice similar issues happened in the past, and at least a couple of other users here are reporting the same right now:

If you use the regedit thread you MIGHT want to read the thread as the answer is clearly there. Its not what you think it is

And doesnt apply to everyone (90% of those posters are in IRAN or non xbox live regions or qorse use a vpn which iran isnt a xbox live region nor does people who say they use a vpn explain how to fix the issue )

Remember EVERYone is different hence why different threads must be made

People asking the SAME question but not presenting the info for help wont help and confuse the troubleshooting

Are you using googleDNS or a vpn (IF THIS is the case turn it off and use your providers DNS)

VPNs have their own issues and we dont troubleshoot those issues because its a violation of the terma of use to use one
