    Hello, I’m trying to get to an email to setup an account that’s linked with my Xbox account and the service is sending an email to my xboxlivefamily email but I don’t see it in there, is there a way to receive emails with the account or no? If no how do I set it up to be able to do so?

    I understand that you are having trouble receiving an email to set up an account that is linked with your Xbox account. I know how important it is for you to change the email. I'm afraid the xboxlivefamily domain email is no longer accessible and to fix the issue we will need you to change/remove that email.

    What we highly suggest is to contact Xbox Live Support for further assistance as we in Microsoft Community only have limited tools and we don't have the option to access your account. You can reach Xbox Live Support on this link: Contact us | Xbox Support. Click on "Contact Us" to chat with Live Support or request a callback.

    Hello CRracer 912,

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    Thanks. And I just received a new email with what appears to be a corrected code. I will try the code shortly, but I do not expect any problems.
