    Issue to join groups (Error 0x807A1007)


    Hi,

    Since I install the new build of Xbox One, I can not join any group (Error code: 0x807A1007).

    My build version is 10.0.17763.3062. I say to a friend to install the same version but after that the issue is the same.

    I specify that my internet connection, NAT, etc. works fine; same for my friend.

    Can you help me please?

    hey im part of the preview program, i got an update yesterday and today, now anytime that i try to host a party or join a party i recieve the error code 0x807A1007.... anyone else having this issue?

    Hiya!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue. I definitely understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to join groups with your friends. What I recommend doing is making sure your console is up to date as well as your friends. Once
    both console are up to date I suggest performing a
    power cycle on the Xbox One    . I hope this info helps. Please let us know how it goes.

    Hard reset/power cycle helps for most of the issues you get on a xbox.

    Bumping this up. I'm having the same issues.

    I can't turn on party chat. I get an error stating "we can't turn on party chat right now. Try again Later" or I get "do to network limitations, you can't join party chat right now (0x807a1007)"
