    Thats basically it. It says in my purchase History I bought the game. Dunno why but it never went to my console to be ready to install. This is The Long Dark (Preview)

    The one that you could pay 15-20$ for? I can't play it. I haven't been able to play it for a few weeks. Also. I can't find my manage games tab.

    Dark Souls Download

    Hello.

    I preordered Dark Souls III and received my Dark Souls code for xbox one. I went to redeem the code on the xbox one and it says I already own it and does not give me an option to download it. I also do not see it in my list games of games where the other
    back compat games show up.

    Please advise on how I can download it on my xbox one.

    Hi,

    I lately bought The long dark in the Xbox store, thinking that I could also play it on my PC (The long dark is supposed to be a "play anywhere" game) but I can't download the PC version. In the microsoft store app and the xbox app, the game doesn't appear
    as purchased...

    I realize that dark souls will be backwards compatible eventually. My issue is that the description led me to believe that this code would alow me to play dark souls on the xbox one as soon as i got it. I already own dark souls for 360, and if i have to

    How long have you owned the download? I had this issue with my digital download issue of Fable 3. I reinstalled the game and it ran fine, so maybe try that.

    Failing this, you can always live chat an ambassador and they will walk you through the process.
