We are still awaiting a response from our Vault team on how to proceed, as mentioned in your previous post at (help .. xbox rewards).
Once they inform us on what action they are taking, we will update that thread.

That survey does not appear to be from our program, so we cannot offer a fully informed response on that issue. Regarding your August pre-order, the only pre-order offer that month was for purchases of physical disc pre-orders off of MicrosoftStore.com.
Since you did not make any physical purchases that month, you were not eligible for Credits for that offer.

well how long does it take them to look in to it because its been almost a week and i havent heard anything from anyone
