Issue regarding Quantum Break pre-order codes

Mr. Beep,

You have closed my post for this same issue, yet I provide you email proof from Michelle. How can I return the disc version and obtain the digital version to qualify. I'm not certain why this pre order difference is even relevant, however, I can accept
there are rules. Please help me to return the disc version in exchange for the digital xbox version so I might qualify for the windows 10 code receipt.

Hey, XBMC Live! There is currently no way to receive the Windows 10 Quantum Break with the disc copy, and users that purchase the game digitally right now do not get the Windows 10 version. This was only offered to users that digitally pre-ordered Quantum
Break.

In order to play the Windows 10 version, you will need to purchase it from the Windows 10 Store. Sorry to see any frustrations around this. If you need assistance with any other support scenario, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community
