    I have participated in the September 2018 Xbox Live Gold quest and completed all three tasks. It is to my understanding that the rewards would be distributed 4-6 weeks after the event's conclusion. However, I have not received them at all. I have contacted
    Support at least three times and have not received any adequate responses. At the advice of Answer tech Kevin Kyle L, I am posting this topic so that the Microsoft Rewards Team can look at it. My support reference

    Update #2: Talked to Corey. Looks like I have to wait until Monday since it's still being looked into. At least there's something.

    Sorry for the issue with the quest rewards. There could be a few reasons as to why didn't receive them. As the terms states while supplies last. Have you checked your Xbox live messages there is a certain area that is from Xbox themselves. You can also try
    and fill out a
    rewards request form    .

    I have been diligent with checking on a daily basis. Nothing but radio silence at all. It seems I am not the only one affected by this. I will attempt to fill out the request form.
