issue on false banning

i got ban from xbox for no reason in 2016 i try so hard to get my account back never got it back later i found out xbox said i used cheats online but i never did since 2008 also heres my gamer tag is acekill117 im sick of people abusing the report system
for false claiming some one of cheating just because there good or not im done with people who false claims for using cheats u should only ban people who are useing mods and cheats its not ok to use modes or cheats its unfair for me what did i do wrong
to you guys ive never used mods or cheats in my entire life on xbox

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

You can always submit a case review if eligible. Here is the info on how to do that:

If you already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

i did but it got upheld problem is never used mods why ban some one who dose not mod

 

As stated, if your ban was upheld there is nothing further that can be done.
