issue Micro application XBOX on Windows10.

I wanted to join a group of friends in vocal via this app, only here my friends hear a strange and very disturbing noise coming out of my microphone, but do not hear me.

In the windows section "microphone privacy settings" the Xbox application is well "enabled".

Plus I don’t get any error messages from the xbox app about my microphone or anything else.

Hi Gabriel,

Have you tested your headset on another device like a mobile phone or another PC that was asked earlier? Please try the headsets on another device and make sure they are working fine.

Also try your headset on the PC you are using on a different application that is not the Xbox app as mentioned earlier on this thread (Skype, Discord, etc.).

Let us know if the headsets work fine on other devices and other applications on your PC.

Thank you for answering,Yes I tried with another helmet and the noise is loud knowing that the helmet is new

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried using a different headset on the PC to communicate to check if it gives off the same feedback. You may also want to test the headset out on a cellphone or other device to see if the sounds persist. What kind of "disturbing
noises" are your friends describing hearing? Could it possibly be the Aux port itself that you're using to connect your headset in?

Thanks for your post! Have you been able to use your microphone to speak to others using another application before?(discord, skype, teamspeak)? Also, to begin troubleshooting this, try restarting your PC by pressing the Windows button on the keyboard, click
the power icon, and choosing restart.

Please let us know how this goes.
