    Issue installing blu-ray player, It Won't!


    I have an active internet connection, and I use to have no issues with blu-rays, then one day one if my blu-rays didn't work, so I applied the new update, still didn't work, so I then uninstalled the app and attempted to reinstall. Since then I have been
    unable to completely install the app, it downloads to 99% and then drops out and says 'Unable to complete download'.

    I need help with this!!!

    Thor 2 Blu-Ray not playing

    Well it won't play 3D blu-ray. If any other blu-ray, DVD, game disc work fine, the issue is with the thor regular version.

    I will try to assist you. Please can you tell me exactly what is happening when you play a blu ray disc?

    I can provide you with some basic tips so long.

    Set up and install the Blu-ray and DVD player app on Xbox

    To watch Blu-ray or DVD movies on your Xbox console, you first need to install the Blu-ray Player app. To install the app, choose one of the following options.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Home, and then select Store.

    Select Search and enter Blu-ray in the search bar. Select the Blu-ray Player app when it appears in the list of results.

    Select Install to download and install the app.

    Insert a Blu-ray or DVD disc into your Xbox.

    Select the Blu-ray Player app when it appears.

    On the Blu-ray Player app details page, select Install.

    Your disc should start playing automatically.

    After the app is installed, you can watch Blu-ray or DVD movies by inserting the disc into your Xbox console and selecting Blu-ray Player on the Home screen, or by finding it under My games & apps

    Hi everyone.

    Not trying to be smart or anything, but did you install both the Audio CD and the Blu-Ray player apps??

    I ask because I have had several people ask me why an audio CD won't play or a Blu-Ray movie, but had neglected to install them..

    Xbox One won't load or play several of my Blu-ray discs

    I purchased "The River" Blu Ray at my local fly fishing shop the other day and it will not play in my Xbox One.

    I brought it to a friend's house that has other Blu Ray players and it works just fine in the non-Xbox Blu Ray players (it won't work in his Xbox One either.)

    Any thoughts on what the issue might be?

    Issue with Xbox not reading DVD's

    Make sure you have the Blu-Ray app installed. Blu-Ray player function uses dvds too.

    To watch DVD's or Blu-rays on your Xbox One you need to have the Blu-ray Player App installed and up to date!

    You can set the App to install from your Xbox Store by searching for it or here: Blu-ray Player App
