Issue in playing campaign mode for MW 2019.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that the game is purchased under your account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, kindly locate the game order, it should be stated as "completed" and once confirmed, remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

Nothing wrong

You do realize that warzone is ONLINE only right? Its a multiplayer MODE not a single player campaign

And its not included with modernwarfare its a seperate free download

Its cod version of fortnite and other free battle royale fps games

Initally you could only download it as a multiplayer mode for mw

But it is a seperate download now it would only be relvente in 2019

There is no other mode in Warzone if you only got the free version. You will need to buy COD MW if you want to play the campaign.

Activision has also not clarified if the DLC for Warzone will be immediate or if it will only release when the MW 2 Campaign mode is available to play on Xbox One.

I only wanted to play the single payer campaign and this is what worked:

I went offline (i.e. I disconnected from from my local wireless network)

Started MW 2 and selected the offline mode

I am now able to play the single player campaign.
