    Hello,

    I'm having problem changing my Gamertag even tho Its my 1st time to change it (also says that on the webpage)

    And no matter how many times I try.
    I contacted the support and they also tried everything and nothing seems to work, and These are the numbers of the tickets incase someone can check.

    Troubles shooting done so far:

    1- Tried different Gamertags

    2- Changed the device (tried PC, laptop, tablet and mobile)

    3- Changed billing and shipping address back and forth couple of times (Been asked to do that by the support)

    4- Changed region on PC

    5- Added payment option.



    Nothing seemed to work. even tho my friend which live right next to me was able to change his. ON MY PC

    i buy xbox gold on my cousins account and have his account on my xbox so i can play. The home is xbox is set to my xbox. But today, i updated my game and now every time i try to do something it says i need to join gold even though i have it on my xbox on
    his account.

    I contacted microsoft support and after trying and failing to solve the issue she said that it has something to do with me being an insider member.

    Please help me fix this issue.
