Issue for F2P titles for counted towards progression in freedom rewards

I have an issue with freedom rewards it shows i only have played 1 free to play title for 5 hours but i have played multiple f2p titles for more then 5 hours and they haven't been counted (I opted in before i played said titles for said amount of time)

Prestige pack 1

So I bought another prestige pack this month prestige back I and was wondering why it didn't automatically counted towards my freedom rewards again (bought it two/three days ago) and was wondering if it would be added to me free pass part of the freedom
rewards. Thanks for any help

Which games are part of the FREEDOM games challenge

So I am doing the Freedom challenge mission where you have to play 3 games for 5 hours each and I have so far played 2 of the 3 for 5 hours and they have counted. However my last one still has not counted after around 3-4 days (I know you have to wait 96
hours or so) I am just wondering if all the free to play titles count towards this challenge or if it is only certain ones that count. Thankyou for any help.

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders don't count towards VIP. Anything else is eligible so the bundle and any games that are on sale will count. If you do purchase a game that is eligible for another offer on the site at the time, the purchase
will count towards that offer instead of your rebate, but will count towards your VIP progress.

so if I'm understanding correctly, as long as the bundle doesn't qualify towards another ongoing 'mission' on my rewards, I get the rebate value. I can't get the my mission progress and the rebate at the same time?

Preorders do not count towards VIP at all. That list is the same for what will count towards your progress.

As it says in our FAQ:

Which Xbox Store content is eligible for this offer?

This offer is only open to add-on content for Free to Play titles purchased from the Xbox Store. Add-on content includes but is not limited to gem/coin packages, additional skins, starter packs, etc. This does not include purchases made within the game,
as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency.

Since your purchase was made from within the game, it was not eligible for this offer.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see that the Credits are now pending in your account. Please keep in mind for future reference that it takes us about 96 hours to receive and process new information, like play time. Since you opted in to this offer a previous month, currently that opt-in
event will carry forward, and there was no need to opt-in this month as well.
