    Issue buying points


    When I try to purchase points, as soon as I choose an amount, I get a something went wrong message. It’s telling me to visit Xbox.com and enter the error code. I’ve chatted with Microsoft, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve cleared the cache, nothing works. I don’t even get an option to choose payment method, nothing. Just goes straight to the error message. Any suggestions?

    I need a code from my old e-mail to verify my account. To do so I have to send an e-mail to my old e-mail with the code or I can update my security info. But if I change to a new mail and phone number etc. It wont save my new information because my computer
    is not a trusted computer (with Microsoft essentials and Internet Explorer) so I dunno what to do

    Yes but not prepaid ms points unless you plan on buying us ms points

    And you will have some issues with buying certain content

    Yeah I'm having the same issue. I know the info is correct. I use the cards all the time with no issues. Then I finally decide to break down and buy 4k points to buy maps packs for Black Ops and surprise surprise I have issues with buying the points.
    Tried adding my debit card and even paypal and all the same exact issue.
