Hello im having issues with xbox account my microsoft account Squigglyraccoon with email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** which I pay my xbox live account with yet my microsoft account shows gamertag so when my account is accessed by others my game saves arnt
loading for squigglyraccoon with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and also I see gamertag squigglyraccoon is taken so I cant change to my xbox gamertag squigglyraccoon which even though I own the gamertag

You're having difficulty accessing Xbox.com from your home PC? Do you have issues with any other websites? Have you tried a direct connection between your console and modem, for the update issue?

To clarify, we want you to try a fresh copy of your own account, Prime. Not the other account! Are you using your hard drive on the other console? And are you accessing your current save? Let's not access that save and start a new one instead.

If you are have two different gamer tags then you would have two different microsoft account/xbox profiles with a different email address attached to each gamertag and each profile would have its own saves attached to it.

for privacy purposes and this being a public forum your email address is not shown in your post.

If you have your squigglyraccoon account on a xbox one console you can sign into the account and go into settings and under the account tab go to sign in security and passkey and it will tell you the email thats associated with that gamertag there.

to get your BlastingBench96 onto your xbox console you would sign into the console with the same email and password you used to sign into this website with. because it is showing that is the gamertag/account that you are currently using to post to this forum.

Once you figure out the email address for the Squiggllyraccoon account if you do not remember the password for the account you can try and reset the password by going to account.live.com/acsr

Now keep in mind that You CAN NOT combine the two accounts together. IF you want the Squiggliyraccoon gamertag to be attached to the email address that is associated with the BlastingBench96 email you would have to change the squigglyraccoon gamertag on
its account That would then free up that gamertag to be able to be put onto the BlastingBench96 account. by changing its gamertag.

Now if you do not have a console that has the Squigglyraccoon gamertag/account on and your not sure of what the email address is that is associated with that gamertag you can the follow M3tal Daz3's suggestion by contacting xbox support at support.xbox.com/contact-us
and give them the squigglyraccoon gamertag and if they can verify the ownership of that account they can give you the email address that is associated with that gamertag and then you can go and reset the password at the account.live.com/acsr website.

To answer your question yes, as it is the only way to sync local console saves to the cloud for you to be able access your saves to other consoles. To avoid this from happening again in the future I would suggest to always select the correct save progress.

You can't access error logs from the console. You're better off taking Smwutches advice on this and saving up for a new console to prevent future issues.

The new update allows you to save your password to one console and require a password for all others. So even though it's saved to the HDD, it will still ask for his credentials as it's still a different console that he is trying to access it from. My
guess is it ties the current console ID number to the account (including the HDD) and if it sees the account is being accessed from something that doesn't match, the security kicks in and requires the necessary information.
