Isn't it about time Microsoft engineers read these posts??

Isn't it about time the engineers or management read these posts see there are problems with the game and try to sort them out. They are constantly fiddling with other games like solitaire and the word games so its about time Bingo was sorted out. There
are two main problems, as I see it, which cause the other problems and they are - lousy connectivity and the slowness of the game. The connectivity issue means that each time you complete something in the social or other parts of the game you have to leave
Bingo then boot the game again. Especially if you are going from Social to starting to play. It, combined with the slowness of the game is what causes the frustrations when the numbers begin to be called before you have your card or cards. Both problems
cause other frustrations such as receiving gifts from friends - today I spent almost an hour trying to cash in those gifts I have received. Do we really need to have that annoying sound every time a gift is redeemed? why not let us click on ten gifts to redeem
at the same time. Even when the gifts are working well it can be anything from 10 -23 seconds to redeem each gift, which, for one or two is not a problem but when you're getting 20 or more - well it takes away from play time, annoys you, and then spoils your
mood for playing Bingo. So Come on Microsoft DO SOMETHING about the problems which are ruining a good game. Oh and while you're about it can you add on another few levels like maybe a platinum, diamond, sapphire .... you know something for those of us who
have gone through the game at least twice pleeaase!!!!

People, including me, have been complaining about this for months in these Forums. Microsoft engineers have acknowledged and confirmed the bug. The fact that Microsoft has not deigned to fix it suggests how deeply they care about the satisfaction of their
customers.

 

Xbox One connected to internet, but not showing pins or marketplace

It's happening consistently because your Xbox isn't clearing it's cache automatically like it should because Microsoft engineers are idiots.

If you shut down your Xboner instead of putting it to sleep this problem doesn't occur.
