    Hello Microsoft and whoever I noticed that after gaming my internet has problems such as the gateway being down and no security. Don't you think it's time for some new more secure gaming ports and maybe some better security?

    maybe this pertains to the main question hard to say.

    unfortunately this didn't help the error message is the same

    maybe a port forwarding or some security setting can be the source of the error

    Well I talked to them today. They said the only way for my Xbox to work is if I buy some sort of ''switch'' and then port forward from there or something, but I couldn't really get a hand of what he meant. Got any idea? He also confirmed they've upgraded
    their firewall with another layer to be more secure.

    I think my account has been hacked.

    change passwords, maybe setup an authenticator of some kind, factory resetting your xbox will not help with security :)
