    From my personal experience and the overwhelming response to other posts on the same issue, it is clear that microsoft has engaged in unethical business conduct when it came to XSX/XSS ordering on launch day. Customers forwent opportunities elsewhere to
    buy their new console directly from MS, yet they lied to about how much stock they have, estimated delivery date (real ones), refused to communicate, repeatedly charging people such that some have gone into overdrafts, and yet they continue to offer consoles
    online without fulfilling orders. If you have had enough as much as me, and are unable to tolerate MS's poor attitude to their loyalest customers, it is time to speak up.

    Please reply to this thread if you have the same problem, if that means signing up for MS account and community as well, please do! Let's keep this ball rolling to get the attention from MS directly. If that does not work, then we can print this out and
    send it to the BBB or other consumer protection agencies.

    This will be the last time I buy anything directly from MS. Join me! One of the reason why PS won last gen is because they treat customers with respect, it's time for MS to realise that they will lose again if we all stop buying their products

    Yep. Charged my account on launch day, waited in my bank account to be authorized for 4 days, then canceled the charge. Now they've just charged me again today. When I ordered on launch day I was told shipping would take 1-2 days and would be EXPEDITED.

    Not only all of the above but they overdrafted my checking account by pending the payment for the Series X and then posting another payment before the other one even fell off. I called customer service and was given the run around and then basically that
    they would do nothing for me.

    Now, I am sitting on an overdraft. I dont have my console and am made to wait until the end of December supposedly though they don't know when you call and you get a different answer each time. To make it all worse, they opened up ordering again today to
    allow other to purchase more of these consoles while the ones who got through on launch day continue to get the shaft.

    As an XBOX Embassador and long time loyal XBOX consumer, I am embarrassed of this kind customer service and handling of this whole thing. The fact that MS just ignores these threads is proof that they only cared about the money and not taking care of their
    die hard fans. I am frustrated and may never do business with them again. I almost don't even want the console anymore and if this keeps up, May just cancel my.order anyway along with my subscription to UGP and anything else Microsoft related.

    I had the choice between an xbox series x and a ps5 but choose to order the series x on november 10 because I had off this day. Place order at 12:09 AM with an estimate delivery of 13 november 2020 I was like YES when I got the confirmation but soon after
    regret this because I could just buy one from walmart that was available online later this day. Since I have a good PC I am not as mad as some of you guys, but I am with you, Microsoft **** on their customers and this is so bad. I even work at a computer shop
    and I sell all day longs microsoft product and this is like lying to myself to continue this job lol. I want to boycott them and stop using their product, meaning only gaming on nintendo and playstation and run linux on my pc, please microsoft don't do this

    If they even treat XBOX Ambassadors like this, then I absolutely agree with you that they are just greedy and absolutely don't care about their brand anymore. There may be other reasons why XBOX ONE lost to PS4, but now I can see that XSX will lose to
    PS5 again, at least on keeping customers. This is absolute BS and incredibly low of MS.

    Microsoft has to learn that this is no way to treat their customers. I have as well multiple charges in my account, and they still haven't provided any updates.
