While it does appear to only be getting released for the Series S/X consoles, at a later point Xcloud gaming is supposed to be coming to the One family of consoles. That means that you would be able to play Series S/X games on your Xbox One through the cloud. I think that they plan to do this later this year but we'll have to wait to see.

then i'm afraid the xbox live in your area wil be down and you wil have to wait ( you could try resetting router , xbox , conection setup on xbox but it wil probly just be a wait til it comes back on )
