    I've had my share of bad experiences with Microsoft support. That being said I've also had fantastic experiences as well. It all comes down to who you deal with, it's a sad fact but not all customer service rep's do their job to the best of their abilities.

    All companies go through stages where it seems that their products are not as reliable as past ones but for Xbox they in my opinion the have bucked that trend their current consoles is by far the best they have ever made and I for one cant wait too see

    I've contacted Xbox, I keep getting disconnected, something is wrong with the phone systems. I know, because I've called people, with my, it's, working fine. And I'm having trouble posting things, here, which points to Microsoft, having more issues. Got

    The sad thing is, I could almost agree with that. But every Xbox is made on a machine, that pretty much, does the same, over and over. Maybe, we should have human beings, making the Xbox's, then maybe, less problems? Oops, something went wrong, while replying
    on a Microsoft website. LOL.

    Well, your reply doesn't help me fix, my Xbox issues, but this Xbox gaming experience, seems to be going from great, to worse. So, we are in agreement, there.
