Is xbox live on 360 down?

Ok, this credential bug sometimes happens with 360 profiles, 2 things that could help, first, it's the removal of the two-step account verification, try removing it like this:

The other cause of the bug is recurring subscription charges. If you have a subscription (gamepass, xbox live gold) check if your recurring charge is already activated, if not, activate and wait 10 minutes.

If it is already activated, try deactivating, wait 10 minutes, then activate again, then wait the 10 minutes and try logging into the console again.

Just select the 3 dots next to the service you think you are having an issue with and select Report an outage.
