Xbox One games with gold are usable by you when you have an active gold subscription and have redeemed them. If your subscription ends, you will have to buy the game or resubscribe to xbox live gold to use them again. There is no
way to redeem a past xbox live game with gold when it is no longer available for redemption.

Xbox 360 games with gold are different - you own those whether you have xbox live gold or not - on xbox one and xbox 360.

• You can’t stack prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase a new paid Xbox Live Gold subscription
  and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
• If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.

The Xbox live gold sharing feature is only available on the Xbox One,not the Xbox 360.

If Microsoft Rewards is available in your region then it may be worth signing up for that so you can get a gold subscription for free after earning enough points.That can take time though.

Only other suggestion is to check out places like cdkeys.com as they sell subscriptions at a discount.

If you do get an Xbox Live Gold membership for your Xbox 360 don't forget each month to redeem the Games WIth Gold games for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, this way if you do purchase an Xbox One at a later stage as long as you still have an active Gold
subscription the Xbox One games will be available for you to download and play in addition to the Xbox 360 games.

A Netflix subscription and an Xbox Live Gold subscription are 2 different things. To watch Netflix on your Xbox 360 you will need to have Xbox Live Gold and a Netflix subscription.
