It shows that im connected to the internet but if i try to play a gamepass game it says i need to be online to play the game....     Is xbox down?


    Nothing will work for me. It shows that im connected to the internet but if i try to play a gamepass game it says i need to be online to play the game. My rewards arent loading, my online status says unknown, i have a disc in my xbox as well and it shows the symbol thats there when the game isnt in the console even though it is. I tried playing back for blood on my pc and it wouldnt sync becuase it says im not online on xbox even though its showing me as online. So basically EVERY service for xbox right now is down and not working for me even though it says all xbox services are 100% good and up and running. Why is nothing working for me if thats thee case? also just an FYI i have internet its not out or down as im watching twitch on my 2nd monitor with 0 issue and hbo max playing on the tv beside me 0 issue...

    If you check this link it will give you real time updates on the status of all Xbox services.

    Currently, nothing is down for Xbox One. What kinds of issues are you having when you try to sign in? What does it say? If it gives an error code, post it sdo we can better help you.

    Thanks for the direction Felix . I'll do that and let you know how i made out . It takes me a while to peck at the keyboard and if they give me a phone # to call tyem it would help .

    i type about 2 words a miniute so theyll fall asleep before i can explain whats wrong with it . Thank you

    Sorry you're upset. However the majority of the Live issues have been resolved. You should be able to get back online to play your games.

    No worries Kevin. Take your time. Type out to the "chat agent" that you would like to request a call back from an over-the-phone Support agent.
