Is Xbox Design Labs scamming me?

I ordered a controller in December, it was stuck in processing for 4 weeks, and I've now spent a few weeks calling a few times a week, just to spend a collective time of roughly 8-9 hours in total on the phone with their awful support team that says they will follow through with the expectations they set. (I'm alright waiting an extra or two, but this is INSANE now) Every time I call, they have me on hold for 30 minutes typically probably hoping that I just hang up, and sometimes up to 50 minutes on hold, and the hours they are open make it extraordinarily hard to actually get a call done within an hour or two when you can only call them during normal business hours when most people work.

Has anyone had any experience like this? If so, was your situation ever resolved? I know a few people have just gotten refunds but I just want my controllers. Even just the amount of time I've had to spend on the phone has costed me twice what I've had to pay for both of my Elite2 bundles...

If I do in fact ever get these, I WILL SURELY never buy anything from them again, and if I don't get an answer soon I'll just force a refund.
