    So today I get on my Xbox and it says I don’t have game pass, so I check my bank and it charged it on the 13th and today is the 23rd. So I’m a bit confused why it says I don’t have game pass and how do I report this to Xbox?

    If the charge does not appear in your order history through the following website, it means that the purchase may be from another account

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Log in here and locate the “Transactions” section.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    In that section you will find the “Investigate” button, click on it and enter the data requested to track the payment, it will give you an indication of the account from which it comes from.

    If the payment is not registered in the system or appears associated with an account that you do not know, you must immediately report it to your bank, it is possible that your data is compromised.
