    Hello,

    I have been using the same Microsoft account for years in the US. However, I moved to Germany a few years ago and created an account so I can pay for my products with Euros.

    My PC is logged in with my old US account, and Xbox (Beta) is logged in with this German account. Is that causing an issue or is it something else?

    Regarding to your information I assume that you can't set you can't play Persona 5 royale.

    Did you purchase the game previously, or did you play the game using Xbox Game Pass (XGP)?

    If you played the game using XGP, it seems that the game has been removed from the XGP subscription list, which may cause this error.

    If you purchased the game, you can try creating a new account and logging into the Xbox app with that account to see if the error

    still occurs when playing the game.

    be sure to double check every account you have on
    http://account.microsoft.com/services
    to see if any subscriptions show up.

    If no subscriptions are showing there, then there is a different cause for the charges. Either a different account you haven't checked or someone may have gotten access to your credit card details.

    In such case I would advise to contact the credit card (bank) company to stop those charges.

    If it does originate from one of your Microsoft Accounts then you should be able to cancel the subscriptions immediately via that link, if that for some reason fails you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat and they should
    be able to cancel the subscription(s) immediately.

    Even if that account is signed into the Xbox app and the win 10 store? The account with XGP is on 2 different user accounts on my computer. Some games have let me play them such as Sea of Thieves and The Outer Worlds.
