Since it's digital and you're buying in the UK with a UK account, it will work. The region of the console would not matter in this case since it's not a disc.

Did you already change your Microsoft account region to the UK, right?

If so, please verify if the region of your Xbox 360 was set to UK and then attempt to download the game if you were able to purchase it. It should work after that.

The game in question is this one below, the same one you sent but with the option to buy in UK currency, suggesting it would work, but like I mentioned, my console is North American. I have not purchased it yet, I was hoping to find out if it would work before spending the money on an unusable game
