We just need to Launch the game from the original main account, and while the game loads, hit the switch profile quickly from the controller's menu and it shall load to that selected profile.

To avoid having to sign into the account that owns the content you can set up the console as the main accounts Home Console and any profile will be able to play the games. You can learn to the how to here:

How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox. Otherwise, yes you need to sign into the account that owns the games to at least launch them.

RadioMan, what you are suggesting will not work.

As stated previously you will need to make the main account the console's home xbox so other account on the console can play the games or login to the profile that actually purchased the game.

 

To launch the game without using the account which own the game, you will have to se this account as your home xbox
