Hi, I just bought Fifa 21 through this link: https://www.microsoft.com/store/p/FIFA-21-Standard-Edition-Xbox-One-and-Xbox-Series-XS/9N9R034V0M2K

I'm afraid the price is incorrect because I'm not finding the game in the catalog for that price. Am I at risk of banning for that? I just saw it on reddit and bought it.

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.

Sorry about your problem there. When you buy digital games from the Xbox Store the game is tied to your account and you should be able to uninstall and re-install as many times as you like.

Are you sure you are signed in on your console with the same account that you purchased the game?
