    I have received this email:

    We have performed a thorough analysis of the account. Due to suspicious activity associated with this account, we will not be reinstating this account and supporting further purchases. I understand the inconvenience this place on you, but I will be unable to provide further assistance regarding this account or the transactions.

    I didn't do anything wrong.

    I always buy from the Turkish store, but when I took a gift from the store, it was in another currency, so they thought I was a fraud.

    Is there a solution to this problem and is it permanent or temporary?

    You can identify if your suspension is temporary by accessing the enforcement history page.

    Remember that Microsoft support unfortunately cannot help you, they don't have the ability to place or remove sanctions as they do not have access to Enforcement information.

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    It has to be a temporary ban because If it was permanent then it would've said "this account is permanently banned" where mine said "this account is suspended" I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself I just really hope it's temporary
