    Is this microsoft jigsawm support?


    Get to the home page of Microsoft jigsaw, and the brick icon does not display number of bricks, just a spinning icon.

    Any game does not load, sticks about half way through and just keeps spinning.

    Click "settings" and error message Can't get settings right now."

    App Commands does not display anything.

    PREMIUM customer.

    This has been going on for about a week. HELP!!!

    I am afraid to try to uninstall and reinstall. Will I lose the more than 1 million bricks, all purchased puzzles, and the Premium account (that I paid for a full year)???

    Plese advise, need help!!

    Actually no you're not allowed to just post "lol", that's considered spam. Besides that no one knows what you're loling about. If you got nothing substantial to add don't bump a topic, not a hard concept.

    Guns are bad but a poo poo train & Mr. Hanky are fine.

    I'd rather my kids play with guns than poo. Maybe that's just me.

    Hi!

    I'm not sure for which section you would want to contact Microsoft for so:

    1. To contact Xbox support you can go to support.xbox.com > contact us > when you select your preferred selection for your problem choose to not talk to a virtual agent and then select "Chat with Xbox Support" at the end.

    2. To contact Microsoft support for anything none-Xbox related go to support.microsoft.com and select "Ask the virtual agent" (this is a bot) while chatting to the virtual agent type in "I need to speak to a real person" which then the bot will reply "Tell
    me what you need help with so I can find the right person" so type in the problem you are having and let it connect you to a real support agent.
