Are you sure your internet is strong enough? Have you ran a speed test?

Below 20-30 mbps may cause some issues.

Also, how far away are you from your router? If your neighbour uses 2.5GHz then they could be going further and getting through obstacles better, whilst you could be using a 5 Ghz band which is better connection but not as good with distance and obstructions.

You could try a Ethernet cable to see if that helps?

Yes, the full game should be rid of most if not all bugs. That's why there's a beta, to see what needs to be changed/fixed. It's not a perfect one, but it's still fun.
