Is this againist the rules?

So, I've been sick for a week. Xbox Enforcement also decided to suspend me, don't know why, but they did. They said my account violated the community rules. I've been sick... meaning not playing Xbox for a few days. Now last time I checked, being sick is not againist the rules. The only thing I know that could have got me suspended, is me reporting modded accounts that people buy off other people, so they can have an unfair advantage in the video games. I reported a lot of them, so the community can be a little safer when they get banned. But no, I guess I did the wrong thing. I had a group meeting in one of my games, and I missed it because they suspend me for 15 days. And the worst part, they don't even tell me what I did wrong. All they say, is that I broke a rule and now they put a very long suspension on me.

Anyways, I just want to know if reporting multiple modded accounts is against the rules. Or if anyone can tell me what I did wrong. That would be great. Thanks.

I'm sorry you received a suspension, unfortunately no one has access to the Enforcement team's information, so when they notified you that you received it, they should have mentioned that technical support could not help you, as they do not have access to the ban and suspension information. Also remember that this is a public forum, no one here has access to the system and I am not a Microsoft employee, these forums are only for sharing information.

Your suspension is definitely not for reporting accounts that violate the terms and rules, it is important for you to know that a suspension is not necessarily for something you did recently, so the fact that you were sick does not mean it is for something you did recently, if you think it is a mistake, you can send an appeal request by following the information in this link

When i see clan tags or GT like that i just look at their profile for anything else that might be offensive. 90% of the time they have stuff in their BIo that is againist the rules.

@ ice Queen I feel what your saying and don't believe you should be left out of anything but im sure the will add a lot of features that u can use tv that uses ur broadcasting and other thing just not out of the box used game trust me sony has the same stance
againist used games especially since they are not make money really so its an issue on both sides I agree banning use games is bad
