is this a purchasing glitch?

Yesterday i was on the xbox one marketplace and i tried to buy castle crashers remastered with my american express card but it did not say downloading item after i waited awhile after so i decided to try a few times after thinking it was just not going through.
The price kept on changing for some reason and when i went on my card it said i payed $40.00 for a $15.00 game. I was wondering why the game wasn't saying downloading and why it allowed me to buy it again even though i already had because i just didn't think
it was working. Please fix this issue thank you.

Game add-ons

No you only get two licenses one for the purchasing console and one for the purchasing gamertag

All profiles on the purchasing console can use the dlc but only the purchasing gamertag is portable and can use the dlc everywhere so unless you only have 2 consoles this will not work

purchasing a movie

I have a paypal account set up and purchased a game with it on xbox live but I can't access it to rent a movie. credit card only for movie rentals?

Have you checked your bank to see if you were charge?, If you havn't check because you may require a refund.

well the american express card i used was prepaid and i checked my card balance online and the balance was lower than it should have been if i had bought the game once. To make sure i looked on my recent purchases on my xbox account and it did say i bought
the same game 4 times twice for $15.92 and twice for $5.30.

Since the new system doesn't charge you until about 10 days before the game comes out, that would be normal. It wouldn't know you don't have money until it tries to charge you. If it can't charge you, you won't have full access to the game so there's really
nothing people can take advantage of.

What would you recommend doing about the glitch and is it ok to still purchase Game Pass with the glitch?
