is this a bug?

Ok so for some random reason i hop on to xbox and all my friends are gone and all offline but they are on my friends list as the notification tells me but i look at my list not there all of them gone 0 friends online i click it and there all vanished this
been going on for a week at most and when i try to test it by adding some random and seeing i tried to remove them it said i could not so is this a bug or something worse?

They have been using the same format for multi-player since Cod 4 it's time to switch it up. Leave all the kill streaks and perks to the Modern Warfare series and go back to the early roots of COD which was just gun on gun action.

I cant buy a kill on this game .. even hard corp I see the hit markers I hear the hits , and the people just walk through and kill you. heck you can have two guys full auto and someone can walk through and kill both of you ,,,, you can be hitting someone
in the back and they can just turn around and one shot ya

and yes I have a great internet connection

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and check to see if your friends list updates.

If that still doesn't work you may want to consider
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One(Keep my games and Apps). Now keep in mind that for both of these steps you will need to have access to your Microsoft Account Email and password to recover the Gamertag.

 

Before doing what the moderator said, I would simply try a hard reset to see if it helps. Could save you some time if it works and only takes a minute.
