    Hello Everyone,

    My Original account with my games and such got hacked at the 14 May 2023, and I'm still fighting for my account till now and for the future. I haven't been notified, and the worst case is that the hacker with his rambler.ru email changed everything. So yeah, I've tried to do the recovery progress, been in multiple supports chats and all I've ever gotten in response is "We were able to confirm that unauthorized changes were made to this account, but because the security info has changed we're doing nothing and have successfully suspended/locked the account instead. Is there still a way to recover an hacked account even when told because of changed account... :)" (Of Course they didn't write it like this, but it's my short answer I've got from them.)

    I have a migrated Minecraft account in there, like other games inside this account, and It's frustrating that Microsoft Support or any kind of supports don't really do something about it besides suspending it or other ways.

    But since I've been looking for a solution all the time, I've read all sorts of problems all over the Internet, because there are also people who are also hacked by some rambler.ru emails and mostly lose their account.

    So about my Question, even If it seems that there isn't a way any more besides creating and buying everything new,
    Is there maybe still a way to get the my original account back?

    Hello I have the same Problem my account was hacked 1 year ago and xbox support does nothing Its really bad because all games I buy and playing for nothing I think they don't do anything I am waiting 1 year... For get my acc back..

    I'm sorry for you.
    That's the sad side I discovered from their Support, of course they're like "we can help" but then give you an answer like "yeah, no".

    Okay thanks and is this only way to recover an hacked account where someone change my password when trying to a profile recovery via the console instead of posting on the fourms.

    A few months ago, my Microsoft account got hacked and its email was changed, so I can’t access it anymore. On that account, I had tons of games purchased that I want to download and play on my new PC. Would it be possible to transfer the game library? Not the whole Xbox profile though, just the purchases.
    Nothing is transferable between accounts. Even if it were possible (which its not) youd still have to have access to the original account.

    The only way of recovering your purchases is recovering the account.

    then explain to me how my account was hacked and modified. Because if it can't be hacked then how did that happen? I had to contact support and recover it as everything got changed. Support is a joke here.
