Is there somewhere I can see login and logout times?

Maybe you could try to logout and login again and if possible try on Another computer to see if the issue persist.

I can confirm this, logout and login enables the changes. So my son is happy now, me, too.

that's a really odd behavior, could you please try to logout from your account and login again to see if it fix the issue ?

there are only xbox and windows logins. xbox mobile app logins are not visible. Even though I changed the password, there is no logout.
