Is there something wrong with my credit balance?

Hi,

This year my vip star level got reset to 4 vip stars. However, ever since I bought games like Little nightmares and Observer and I didn't receive any credits. Is this normal and do I have to start over again from 0 to 1 star or something?

Hey there. Could you try this - Turn your Console off and Remove the Hard Drive and then turn it back on without the Hard Drive and see if it still freezes.

Also give this a try -

If this doesn't work then follow the Intructions above from the guy above with a link to setup a Repair

You may want to log into http://myservice.xbox.com and arrange a repair for your console. The pricing will vary depending on whether your console is still under warranty.

of >observer_, that purchase was a part of the Summer Spotlight offer. Purchases cannot go towards both MyVIP and an offer, so your purchase was awarded as progress on the Summer Spotlight offer. From the FAQ:

If the Rewards site shows it's been deposited, then it will show that way for Rewards support too. You'll need to check your transactions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com which will also show any transactions you may have made around the same time that would have already used the credits. If you don't see it there, you can contact support and speak to

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing a survey. If you don't see them after the 96 hours, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.

When I try to purchase something I can’t use my balance for some reason and instead is asking me to put a credit card but I don’t want to put my credit card I just want to use the money that I already have in my balance.

It says that I need to change my credit card but I cannot because my ID is blocked. I think an investigation I launched is on. Can I end the investigation?
