Microsoft, for a multi-trillion dollar company, you guys are terrible when listening to feedback about issues. We have been having a HUGE issue with the gaming services for the Windows store and Xbox app on PC for more than a year now, and it's not fixed?? Like, are you serious? Yes, I have troubleshooted in EVERY possible way, but it does not work. I DO NOT want anyone's "troubleshooting methods" on this forum because it will NOT work. This is something that we (as in thousands of others) have experienced numerous times, waiting for solutions to fix the problem. This is not a "US" problem, this is a "YOU" one. The inability to play games from Windows is well known notoriously that no one is going to buy from it again, it's a liability. I can't purchase something on here knowing that I can't even use it! If you want a clarification of the problem (although as Microsoft representatives, you guys should be aware of this situation), the problem is we cannot install or update games from the Window Store and Xbox app because of these stupid gaming services that we had to "install". So many people have REQUESTED answers, but it's like talking to a brick wall. This is absolutely embarrassing and exhausting for those trying to fix the problem. I, myself, was troubleshooting for at least 4 hours. I had to fresh-install Windows. It worked but reverted to the defective gaming service once again - thus making me not able to play any games that I BOUGHT from YOUR store. I don't want a basic answer, I need someone higher up to acknowledge this problem.
