Is there even support from this company anymore?

Once again I am coming back here looking for actual people who work for Microsoft for technical support. I can not seem to find a phone number or a email. I go to the support page and all I get is some [mod removed] about phone and email support not available
for this subject. How do I get in contact with tech support?

You would need to go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to either request a call back or chat with support. If you don't see those options, change your category/topics.
Typically billing options will always give those options.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question with support. Sorry for the long time it is taking for your issue. Currently due to the worldwide pandemic support is very limited. It is even posted on the

support page.

We’re experiencing heavy volume at the moment. Wait times for refund requests, contacting us, and other support services may be longer than usual.

Escalations themselves can take anywhere from 7 days to 3 weeks depending on the issues. As mentioned we recommend to keep in contact through emails with the support team.

I've got an email with Microsoft xbox and it's not even accessible for me anymore because the company does not exist 🤷‍♂️

I agree. These new forums are the worst, coming from a site run by the largest software company in the world, Microsoft. Even Frontier's Planet Coaster forum site is much better than this site. I don't even come on here daily anymore. Perhaps like once or
twice a week.
