    Is there currently any way to change the color of the light on an Elite Series 2 controller...


    As the question says, can you—be it using CLI or something else (AHK, an API, etc.)—change the light on the Elite Series 2 controller's logo without using the Xbox Accessories app? Looking to do this for a visual effect in sync with some other lights I have, and I was curious.

    Programmatically speaking, there is probably no " official " way, but considering how programming is, I guess it most likely is possible.

    I could not recommend you do this because if something goes wrong, you would have much more headache than enjoyment, right? So if it is possible for you, try using the Xbox Accessories, okay? I think it would be the safest and best way to do this.

    I truly wanted to help you more, but since there is no official way to do this, i really cannot recommend it, okay?

    Hi Amanda! And yes, I agree that using the "official" method would be better, but I was wondering if there was an official way of doing it programmatically.

    AdamNachtrab, honestly I never heard of any other way of changing it, and even if there were, I truly recommend always using the official way for this kind of thing. So truly, the proper way is through the Xbox Accessories App, okay?
