    Currently my Xbox is not letting me connect to the internet I've had this new Xbox for about a week now and now it suddenly won't connect to the internet what should I do

    Hi,

    in such cases it's always the first step to take the router from the power source for about 5 min.

    If that doesn't help try a different connection to your router - Lan or W-Lan.
