Is there anyway to unlock my colleague's account as his email suspended ?

thanks for the reply, one more question. If I make a new email and make it the primory email, can my dad still sign into his microsoft account using his email? Also, will this affect me loging into my Xbox account in anyway?

The email said my account was suspended, didn't say permanently suspended

Yeah my little bro's hard drive went missing. And he forgot his email is there anyway to change the email with out the account being on the xbox?

I don’t know if you’ve read my post but I have clicked on the link and logged in with my email and account that is suspended but when I get to the enforcement page it shows that we have no history of suspension or anyway of filing a claim, it shows congratulations
your record is perfect and that is all.
