    Is there anyway to unlink my old forgotten minecraft account from my PS5?


    Hey, I having issues with login into my minecraft account on my PS5, Everytime i go to log it it tells me i need to log into the account already linked, the problem is i do not remember details for that account, i dont remember the email or password. Ive tried several ways to resolve this problem, ive deleted all files of minecraft from my PS5 & lost all my world’s & memories from years. Ive done ALOT of research to try find a solution & it seems like thousands of people are having this same issues. I Even brought a whole new console & it still didnt resolve the issue. Is there any way i can start playing the minecraft serves online again with my friends?…please i need help.

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response. As I am merely a user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful.

    I'm afraid you can only link one Microsoft account to your PSN account. The only way to unlink is through in-game, if you don't know your account details and cannot login there is no way to do this. You will first have to recover the account you linked.

    Another option if you want to play online with friends is to just use a different PSN account, by doing this you can link a new Microsoft account and be able to access multiplayer.

    Hi I kinda have the same problem. On my PS5 I have a old Microsoft account linked to my Minecraft and no longer have access to the old Microsoft account and just need it unlinked so I can put my new Microsoft account on it so I can play cross platform

    I lost my old email and can’t unlink my minecraft ps5 account because I don’t have access to it
    Unfortunately theres nothing that can be done about that because Sony only lets you link a single Microsoft account to your PSN for Minecraft.

    Even if you could unlink the old Microsoft account, Sony wont let you link a different one.

    The only option is to create a brand new PSN account and link a new Microsoft account to that.
