    Is there anyway to submit a report when unable to submit a report through the Xbox menu?


    I am having a lot of issues on the alpha skip ahead preview for the last several updates. Mainly, the inability to play games or apps. I can’t even load the settings or power options. Because I cannot hold the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the report a problem app I cannot report this very annoying problem. So. Is there another way that I can submit a report? Heck I would even appreciate a way to have Xbox team look into my Xbox.

    There's no way to get the gamertag/username of the account you reported on Xbox.

    The report can't pulled up? It's the by far the latest report I've filed. Statistically, a report such as the one I made, results in little to no consequences for the users who breach the community standards. Why have a report system if it isn't very effective?

    This is what I suspect also. I have submitted a ticket with Activision through the Report a Bug section, but have been unable to contact them directly.

    The only thing that you can do is submit a report/complaint about the player via the console menu (go to their profile and report for cheating). XBLPET reviews all submitted reports, and take the necessary action in due time.

    There's always going to be hackers and cheaters. It is everybody's duty to report them to help make the Xbox Live community a fairer place to game.
