Is there anyway to remove your profile from a different xbox you dont have access to?

I'm sorry to hear your girlfriend's account has been compromised.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remotely remove an account from an Xbox Console.
Please note that the "Sign out everywhere" feature located in your girlfriend's security setting does not apply to Xbox.

For your reference:



• In this case, this is what I'd suggest your girlfriend does to protect her account:

- Go to [ https://account.microsoft.com/security ]

- Change the account's password. While this will not sign other people out of her profile, it will prompt them to provide a new password the next time they try to sign in.

- Select "Manage how I sign in"

- Review the account's security information under "Ways to prove who you are" to make sure it's correct and up to date.

- Scroll down to "Additional security" and enable two-step verification.

- You can use the "Sign out everywhere" feature if her account was used to sign in to other non-Xbox devices or apps. For your reference, she can review her sign-in activity log at [ https://account.live.com/Activity ]

- To prevent the users on this console from accessing her games and subscriptions through other profiles, go to [ https://account.microsoft.com/devices ], locate the console in question, and select "This is not my Home Xbox". Once this is done, select "Remove device".

* Not seeing the "This is not my Home Xbox" option means the console is not currently designated as Home Xbox.

- Lastly, I'd suggest reviewing her Order History to make sure her account wasn't used to make unauthorized purchases. You can see this at: [ https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders ]

Yes first change your password then click sign out of all devices except current one (the one you are changing on preferably your own phone and computer

And this Is why you don't lend out your account period

No-one should have your password and you should be the one downloading the profile not some stranger

First try using a different browser to when accessing the webpage to remove your account form a device.

I am unsure which device you are trying to remove your account from so I have linked Remove account from Xbox One,
and Remove account from Xbox 360.

Yes if you removed that xbox from account it is as if you have sold it on and dont want account accessed from it again.

You need to make sure that that xbox is set as your home xbox and that should work fine.

Odd that the content is playing for you. Since you first attempted to access the content have you also tried

removing your profile from your Xbox One? If not, give that a go and then add it back to see if there is any change to your access. If that doesn't help please keep us in the loop.
