Is there anyway to pay an over due game pass ultimate?

depending on when it was set to renew, you may be able to pay the balance and then request a refund, or, if the past due subscription is for Live Gold and you wanted to take advantage of the deals on Game Pass,
Ultimate you can simply pay the outstanding balance and then upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate and any time left on your Live Gold will also be converted to Game Pass Ultimate

go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and turn off recurring billing/auto renew on the Game Pass Ultimate subscription before you get a Past Due Balance on your
account.

if you get a Past Due Balance you will need to pay that off before you can get Live Gold or Game Pass.

wait till the Ultimate Game Pass Expires before getting Gold or it will convert to Ultimate Game Pass

hello, thanks for the reply. i tried doing that but it still shows me that i have to pay for the subscription. i had a past due subscription to the normal game pass which i did not cancel, and i purchased the ultimate edition over it. When i purchased it, it showed me an error message but charged me for the GP Ultimate subscription. i then, cancelled my normal game pass subscription so that it did not show me the past due message. but for some reason it still shows me that i have to make the payment for the ultimate edition.

if you used Gold or Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate after the expiry date and recurring billing was turned on but there wasn't enough in your account to pay for it, it would get a Past Due Balance on the account.

this Past Due Balance has to be cleared before any other purchases can be made with that account.

No. You will still continue to have Xbox Live Gold that rolls over. But unless you continue to pay for Ultimate you will not have it.

EX: 9 months of Gold and you purchase a year of Game Pass Ultimate. those 9 months of XBL Gold roll over and you still have those 9 months after Game Pass subscription expires.
