Is there anyway to get out of this family so that I can access my privacy settings?

Yep, I've tried all of those. Or more precisely, I've tried changing my privacy and family settings on Xbox.com.

When I try and access privacy settings on my Xbox, I get "Status code: 80072741-a76bc0d7-41c9f076".

When I try and access family settings on my Xbox, I get "Status code: 80072741-a9a501a4-583a0b48".

I can download the content off of Xbox.com, but the problem is I still can't access the rest of the Marketplace.

After a big update (November 13) I cant even get access to my privacy settings on Xbox One. It permanently writes: "There is a problem with the servise. Please try again".

My console is a Home console, there is only my adault account, no family or children accounts.

My privacy settings is custom, not default.

I can get access to them throught the web site. But when I try to change settings the site doesnt want to save them.

Also I have Xbox 360 and it seems fine with privacy settins on it - I can get access to them, change and save them normaly.

Just another word: I can normaly purschase games via my credit card, play it an so on. I cant only get access to privacy options on my Xbox One.

At the menu "Xbox settings" on "Privacy & online safety", I can use the link "Content access" menu.

But I don't know "Access to content" is same function with "Content access". The page url is "account.microsoft.com/family", right? I can check some accounts of my little devils!

You can adjust your privacy settings so that your profile and games history are blocked. I'm not 100% certain if this applied to the friends feed on Xbox One, but you can try it out. You can access it here on Xbox.com by:

• Signing in
• Going to My Account
• Going to Security, Family and Forums
• Under Privacy and Online Safety, go to Privacy Settings

Do you have access to this privacy settings page here and can make changes:

https://account.xbox.com/settings

If you do not have access to this, it is due to the account being a child account and settings cannot be changed if the account is not an adult account.

Try checking if you have a family set up on your family page here:

https://account.microsoft.com/family

If you do not have one, you would need to create an adult or use any adult account to add you under family so that they can change your settings for you.

Once you are done adding it to a family from an adult account, you just have to access the adult account and access the privacy settings so it can make changes to your privacy settings.
